The 13th-gen F-150 moved to an aluminum body over a high-strength steel frame, which changed weight distribution enough that leveling kits sized for the 2009–2014 truck sit differently up front.

Kits are not shared with the 2021+ 14th gen — the rear suspension changed. Verify your truck is 2015–2020 before ordering.

IWE actuator failure is common on these; if you're hearing grinding in 4WD, address that before adding tire weight.
