Toyota Off-Road Parts & Lift Kits
A Tacoma or 4Runner on cheap parts rides worse than stock and chews through front-end parts. We build Toyotas at our Mesa, Arizona shop, and this is the catalog we pull from: lift kits, suspension, wheels, tires, lighting, and armor that fit your year and hold up in the desert.

Tacoma & 4Runner Lift Kits and Suspension
Both trucks run a coilover up front. That's where the ride is won or lost. A spacer on top of the factory strut gets you height and nothing else. It works a shock that was never valved for it and pushes the ball joints and CV axles to steeper angles. We don't install them.
What we do install:
- Bilstein 5100 and 6112 for a daily driver that needs to ride right. Not sure which? Read Bilstein 5100 vs 6112
- ICON, FOX, and King coilovers for trucks that see real dirt
- Upper control arms on most builds. Go much past 2 inches and the factory arms run out of alignment adjustment

Tacoma humming or vibrating up front after a lift? It's often the needle bearing in the front diff. We do the needle bearing fix too.
Tundra Lift Kits and Suspension
The Tundra is heavier and most of them tow or haul. Spring rate and shock valving matter more than lift height. The 2022 and newer Tundra also went to coil springs in the rear, so parts for the older leaf-spring trucks don't carry over.
We set a Tundra up around how you use it, with Bilstein, ICON, FOX, and BDS. See a 2025 Tundra TRD Pro build and a Tundra on a 7-inch BDS lift with FOX shocks, or browse all Tundra builds. For installs, start with Tundra lift kit installation.
FJ Cruiser & Land Cruiser 250
We still build FJ Cruisers. Here's an FJ Cruiser on Old Man Emu coils. The 2024+ Land Cruiser 250 is a new platform with its own parts. Details on our Land Cruiser 250 suspension page.
Wheels, Tires, Lighting and Armor
Suspension first, then wheels and tires. Wheel offset decides whether a tire clears or rubs, so we match the wheel and tire to the lift. Method Race Wheels and Toyo tires are our go-to. Baja Designs for lighting. Sliders, skid plates, and bumpers built for your Toyota, not universal-fit.

Toyota Lift Kit Questions
What size tires fit a lifted Tacoma or 4Runner?
Most Tacomas and 4Runners on a 2 to 3 inch lift run a 33-inch tire. Wheel offset decides whether it rubs, and some setups need trimming or a cab mount chop. Tell us your year and wheel and we'll tell you what fits before you buy anything.
Bilstein 5100 or 6112?
The 5100 is a height-adjustable shock that reuses your factory coil. The 6112 is a bigger shock that comes with its own coil spring. The 5100 costs less. The 6112 rides and controls better. Our 5100 vs 6112 comparison covers the rest.
Do I need upper control arms?
Around 2 inches of lift and up, yes. The factory arms run out of caster adjustment, the truck wanders, and the alignment never comes back to spec.
Do you install spacer lifts?
No. A spacer adds height without adding travel or control, and it speeds up wear on ball joints and CV axles. We lift Toyotas with ride-height-adjustable shocks or coilovers so the geometry stays right.
Will a lift kit void my Toyota warranty?
Not the whole warranty. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a dealer has to show the aftermarket part caused the failure before denying a claim. Our warranty guide covers the details.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. 0% for up to 6 months on approved credit through Synchrony, plus an all-credit option through American First Finance. Both cover parts and install.
