SPECIAL ORDER AND RETURN Return & Exchange Policy
At Underdog Motorsports, customer satisfaction is important to us. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on uninstalled merchandise within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in original, undamaged packaging and are accompanied by the original sales invoice. This policy excludes special order items, which are not eligible for return.
Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser listed on the invoice. Valid identification may be required. For credit card purchases, refunds will be applied to the same card used during the original transaction. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order items under $100 must be paid in full, including all freight charges. Orders over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Additional charges may apply for any manufacturer-imposed return fees.
Installed parts—such as suspension systems, wheels, tires, and electrical components—are not eligible for return. Items returned with missing components (hardware, original packaging, instructions, etc.) may be denied or subject to further deductions.
