SPECIAL ORDER AND RETURN POLICY
We will return or exchange any un-installed merchandise, in its original undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase (excluding special order items). Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales invoice. Refund will be made only to the original purchaser printed on the invoice (I.D. may be required) Freight and shipping charges are not refundable. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card account. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to show up on your account.
CERTAIN SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
All orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order items under $100.00 must be paid in full including freight charges. All orders over $100.00 require a 50% deposit. Freight charges are not returnable on special orders any additional charges may be added for Manufacturer returns.
Non-warranty returns will be subject to a 20% handling charge. Any missing components (box, parts, hardware, or instructions) will be cause for no-return credit or may be deducted from the credit. Installed suspension systems, tires, wheels, and electrical items are not returnable.
