Ford Bronco Lift Kit Installation in Apache Junction, AZ

Ford Bronco Lift Kit Installation in Apache Junction, AZ

Apache Junction lives right at the base of the Superstitions, so a Bronco out here isn’t a mall-crawler — it’s a trail rig that actually sees Peralta, Hackberry, Woodbury, and the two-tracks running deep into Tonto National Forest. From the AJ it’s a straight shot down US-60 to Power Road, about 15–20 minutes to our Mesa shop.

We build Broncos to clear real tires and take real hits, then align every one before it leaves — because a rig that runs Bulldog Canyon on the weekend still has to drive the Superstition Freeway on Monday.

Bronco Builds for How Apache Junction Drives

No town in the Valley is closer to the hard stuff than Apache Junction. Bulldog Canyon’s staging area is minutes off Usery Pass, the Peralta and Hieroglyphic trailheads pull you straight into the Superstition Wilderness, and Woodbury and Hackberry send you into the backcountry of Tonto National Forest where the rocks get real and cell service quits. That kind of terrain is exactly where the Bronco’s suspension shows its hand: it runs an independent front end on coilovers with a coil-sprung five-link rear — no leaf springs to bind — so with the right setup it flexes, soaks up ledges, and stays composed on washboard graded roads better than most factory rigs ever will.

The catch is that Broncos leave the factory under-tired for AJ’s trails. Even a Sasquatch — which came on 35s with Bilstein dampers — gets outgrown fast once owners start chasing the harder lines out of Woodbury. We build in tiers rather than gimmicks: a properly valved coilover to level the nose and open up clearance for 35s, or a taller front-and-rear package with upper control arms when you go past roughly two to three inches or step up to 37s, so the geometry, ball-joint angles, and driveline stay where the engineers intended. Every Bronco gets both ends addressed and a four-wheel alignment on the way out — no spacer lifts, ever — so it corners flat on US-60 and still crawls when you point it at the mountain.

What We Install on Your Bronco

Suspension & Lift

Coilover leveling and full lift packages from ICON, FOX, Bilstein, OME and King — front and rear done together, with upper control arms on taller builds for correct Bronco geometry.

Wheels & Tires

35s and 37s sized and fitted for your Bronco’s trim, with backspacing that clears the fenders and works with your build height for Superstition-country traction.

Armor & Bumpers

Steel front and rear bumpers, rock rails and skid plates that protect the belly and rockers on Bulldog Canyon ledges and Woodbury’s sharp granite.

Lighting

Ditch lights, light bars and pod kits wired clean for the pre-dawn runs up Peralta and the long drive home out of the forest after dark.

Overland Setups

Racks, bed and molle storage, drawers and recovery gear for multi-day trips into Tonto National Forest — built to carry weight without wrecking the ride.

Alignment

A full four-wheel alignment is included with every lift so your Bronco tracks straight down the Superstition Freeway and wears its tires evenly.

Apache Junction Bronco FAQ

How far is your shop from Apache Junction?

About 15–20 minutes. Take US-60 (the Superstition Freeway) west to Power Road and head north — we’re at 1845 S Power Rd near Power & Baseline in Mesa. It’s one of the easiest runs in the East Valley.

Will a lift help my Bronco on Superstition-area trails?

Absolutely. The Bronco’s coilover front and coil-sprung five-link rear respond well to a proper lift — more clearance for 35s or 37s and better travel is exactly what Bulldog Canyon, Woodbury and Hackberry ask for.

I have a Sasquatch — do I still need anything?

Often, yes. The Sasquatch package came on 35s with Bilstein dampers, and a lot of AJ owners outgrow it once they start running the harder trails. We can add height, better-valved shocks and 37s while keeping it dialed on-road.

Do I need upper control arms?

On mild levels, usually not. Once you go past roughly two to three inches of front lift, upper control arms correct the ball-joint and alignment angles so the front end stays healthy and drives right.

Do you do the front and rear, and align it?

Every time. We build both ends to match and finish with a four-wheel alignment — and we never use spacer lifts. That’s how your Bronco stays flat on the highway and capable on the mountain.

Can you match a build to my budget?

Yes. We work in tiers — from a clean coilover level for 35s up to a full lift with control arms and 37s — and we’ll steer you to the right ICON, FOX, Bilstein, OME or King setup for how you actually use the truck.
