Ford Bronco Lift Kit Installation in Chandler, AZ
Ford Bronco Lift Kit Installation in Chandler, AZ
Chandler runs on the daily commute — the 202 across the valley, Gilbert Road north, the long haul through the tech corridor before the sun's even up. Your Bronco has to nail that all week and still be ready when Friday points it toward Box Canyon or out the Beeline to the desert. We build Broncos in Mesa that keep their manners on the pavement and grow claws off it. It's a quick 15–25 minute run up from Chandler to our Power & Baseline shop.
Thirty-eight years of off-road experience, a 5.0 rating from 400+ Google reviews, and one hard rule: no spacer lifts, ever. Every install leaves with a real alignment.

Bronco Builds for How Chandler Drives
Most Chandler Broncos live a double life. Monday through Friday they're eating freeway miles — the 202 Santan loop, Gilbert Road, Chandler Boulevard — so ride quality and steadiness at 75 mph matter as much as articulation. The modern Bronco is built for exactly this balance: an independent front suspension riding on coilovers and, unlike the trucks it competes with, a genuine five-link coil-sprung rear rather than leaf springs. That coil rear is why a well-set-up Bronco soaks up expansion joints on the way to the office and still flexes over ledges in Box Canyon on the weekend — but it also means the build has to be tuned as a system, front and rear together, not just cranked up for stance.
We see a lot of Sasquatch-package trucks come in from Chandler. They roll off the lot on 35s with Bilstein dampers, which is a great starting point — right up until you outgrow it. Once you're adding weight, running the Beeline out to Sycamore Creek regularly, or you want to step from 35s to 37s, the factory tune runs out of travel and the geometry needs help. Clearing bigger tires cleanly usually means a matched coilover and rear setup from ICON, FOX or OME, and past roughly two to three inches of lift we'll add upper control arms to correct the front geometry so your alignment holds, your tires wear evenly, and the steering stays honest on that daily 202 commute. We'll talk through tiers with you and match the build to how you actually drive — not upsell you into travel you'll never use.
What We Install on Your Bronco
Suspension & Lift
Matched coilover-and-coil-rear systems from ICON, FOX, Bilstein and OME — tuned front-to-rear for daily comfort on the 202 and control on the trail. No spacers.
Wheels & Tires
35s and 37s sized and mounted to clear properly, with load and backspacing chosen for how your Chandler Bronco splits highway miles and desert weekends.
Armor & Bumpers
Steel bumpers, rock rails and skid protection for the rocky lines through Box Canyon and Bulldog Canyon — built to take a hit and keep the sheetmetal safe.
Lighting
Ditch lights, light bars and pods wired clean for early Beeline starts and after-dark returns — done right so nothing flickers or fails on the trail.
Overland Setups
Racks, drawers, air and recovery gear for longer runs out to Sycamore Creek and beyond — weight managed so the coil rear still rides like it should.
Alignment
Included on every Bronco install. New tires and UCAs mean nothing without a proper alignment — it's how your build tracks straight on the commute home.
Chandler Bronco Lift FAQ
How far is the shop from Chandler?
About 15–25 minutes. Take the 202 across to the East Valley or run Gilbert Road north, then head to Power & Baseline — we're at 1845 S Power Rd in Mesa.
I have a Sasquatch on 35s — do I even need a lift?
Not necessarily to run 35s, but owners come to us when they've outgrown the factory Bilstein tune, added weight, or want to move to 37s. A matched system gives you the travel and geometry the factory setup runs out of.
Will a lift hurt my Bronco's daily ride on the 202?
Done right, no. Because we tune the coilover front and five-link coil rear as a system — not slap on spacers — a proper build often rides better than stock on the freeway while opening up real trail capability.
When do I need upper control arms?
Generally once you're past about two to three inches of lift. UCAs restore correct front geometry so your alignment holds, your tires wear evenly, and the steering stays precise on your daily commute.
Can you clear 37s?
Yes. Getting a Bronco onto 37s cleanly is about the right lift height, wheel backspacing and sometimes minor trimming — we'll spec the whole package so they clear at full stuff without rubbing.
Do you include an alignment?
Always. Every suspension install at Underdog includes a full alignment — and we never install spacer lifts, on any Bronco.
