Bronco Builds for How San Tan Valley Drives
Out here the pavement runs out fast. Ironwood, Combs and the roads feeding the San Tan Mountains put your Bronco on graded dirt and washboard almost daily, and the Beeline and Bulldog Canyon are an easy weekend haul from the far southeast valley. That mix — miles of chatter to soak up, then real rock and ledges — is exactly what the sixth-gen Bronco platform was built to handle once the factory setup is dialed in.
The Bronco runs an independent front with coilovers and a five-link coil-sprung rear — no leaf springs to work around, which is a big part of why it flexes and rides so well when it's set up correctly. Sasquatch trucks left the factory on 35s with Bilstein dampers, and most owners outgrow those quickly once they load up gear and start pushing the truck. We tune coilovers and rear coils to your weight and travel goals, clear 35s or 37s cleanly, and add upper control arms once you're past roughly 2–3 inches so your alignment and geometry stay correct instead of maxed-out. Non-Sasquatch trucks get the ride and clearance the Sasquatch shipped with — and then some.

How far is your shop from San Tan Valley?
Roughly 25–35 minutes depending on where you are — most folks run up Gantzel and Ironwood to the SR-24, then Power Road north to 1845 S Power Rd in Mesa. San Tan owners tell us it's an easy drive for a shop that does the whole job right the first time.
Can my Bronco fit 35s or 37s?
Yes. 35s clear on the right lift, and 37s are very doable with proper coilover tuning, UCAs and correct wheel spec. We'll match tire size to how you actually use the truck around the San Tans.
My Sasquatch already has 35s and Bilsteins — do I need more?
Many owners do. The factory Sasquatch setup is a good starting point, but once you add weight or want more travel and a better ride on washboard, upgraded coilovers and rear coils make a real difference.
Do you use spacers or a spacer lift?
Never. We build with real coilovers and rear coils tuned to your Bronco. Spacer lifts compromise ride and geometry — that's not what we do, ever.
