Ford Bronco Raptor Lift Kit Installation in Chandler, AZ

Ford Bronco Raptor Lift Kit Installation in Chandler, AZ

The Bronco Raptor already left the factory as a desert weapon — HOSS 4.0, FOX Live Valve, 37s and widened Dana axles — so the smart Chandler build isn’t a lift, it’s tuning what Ford gave you. Whether your Raptor is a daily commuter running the 202 and Gilbert Rd or a weekend rig that lives out on the Beeline, we dial in tires, gearing, armor and damper service without touching the geometry that makes it work.

We’re a quick 15–25 minutes up Power Rd from Chandler, and every job leaves with a proper alignment. No spacer lifts, ever — just honest work on a truck that deserves it.

Bronco Raptor Builds for How Chandler Drives

Chandler runs on the daily grind — tech commutes across the 202 San Tan and up Gilbert Rd — but a Bronco Raptor was never built to just sit in traffic. The trucks we see out here pull double duty: quiet, composed pavement manners Monday through Friday, then a run out to Box Canyon or east on the Beeline toward Sycamore Creek and the Bulldog Canyon backcountry come the weekend. The good news is the Raptor is already engineered for exactly that split personality, so a Chandler build is about protecting and extending the platform, not rebuilding it.

Under a Bronco Raptor you’ve got the factory HOSS 4.0 system with FOX Live Valve 3.1 internal-bypass semi-active dampers, 37-inch tires, a widened track and beefy Dana axles — roughly a foot of usable travel straight off the showroom floor. That’s why we don’t lift these. Adding a spacer or a taller spring only fights the geometry and the Live Valve calibration Ford spent a fortune developing. Instead, the work that actually makes a Raptor better lives elsewhere: stepping up to fresh 37s (or carefully to around 40s, respecting the known clearance and driveline limits), re-gearing to bring back the throttle response and towing punch bigger tires steal, adding real armor for the desert rock, and keeping those FOX dampers healthy with proper rebuild and re-valve service before they start fading in Arizona heat. We keep the front geometry and upper control arms stock, exactly as engineered, and let the truck do what it does best.

What We Install on a Bronco Raptor

Suspension & Damper Service

Not a lift — we service, rebuild and re-valve the factory FOX Live Valve 3.1 dampers so the HOSS 4.0 system keeps its travel and control after Arizona heat and desert miles take their toll.

Wheels & Tires

Fresh 37s to match the factory setup, or a careful step toward ~40s with the clearance and load limits accounted for. Proper wheel fitment to keep offset and backspacing right for the widened track.

Armor & Bumpers

Steel and aluminum bumpers, rock sliders and skid plates built for Box Canyon ledges and the granite out past Apache Junction — protecting the Raptor’s wide body and Dana axles where it matters.

Lighting

Ditch lights, light bars, pods and chase lighting wired clean for pre-dawn Beeline departures and late runs back off the trail — done right so nothing rattles loose or draws down your battery.

Overland Setups

Roof racks, storage and recovery gear, on-board air and drawer systems for owners turning a Raptor into a weekend basecamp rig across the Tonto National Forest.

Alignment & Gearing

Re-gearing to restore performance with bigger tires, plus a precision alignment included on every build so your Raptor tracks straight down the 202 and stops chewing tires.

Bronco Raptor FAQ — Chandler, AZ

Should I lift my Bronco Raptor?

In almost every case, no. The Raptor comes with the HOSS 4.0 system, FOX Live Valve dampers, 37s and a widened track from the factory — it already has the travel a lifted rig chases. Lifting it only fights that engineering. We focus on tires, gearing, armor and damper service instead.

Can I run bigger tires than the factory 37s?

Yes, carefully. Many owners refresh with new 37s, and some step toward roughly 40s. We’ll walk you through the clearance, load-rating and driveline trade-offs so you don’t create problems the factory setup avoids — and re-gear to keep it drivable.

Do I need to re-gear if I go bigger?

Almost always. Larger, heavier tires dull throttle response and hurt towing and fuel economy. Re-gearing the Dana axles brings back the performance Ford tuned the truck for, especially with a loaded rig headed up the Beeline.

Can you service the FOX Live Valve shocks?

Yes. As an authorized FOX installer we rebuild and re-valve the Live Valve 3.1 dampers. Arizona heat and desert dust wear shocks faster than most owners expect, and fresh service restores the ride and control you paid for.

How far is your shop from Chandler?

We’re at 1845 S Power Rd in Mesa, near Power & Baseline — about 15–25 minutes from Chandler up the 202 and Power Rd. An easy trip for a build that gets it right the first time.

Is alignment included?

Every install includes a proper alignment — no exceptions. With new tires and gearing, correct alignment keeps your Raptor tracking straight on the daily commute and protects your tire investment.
