Ford F-150 Raptor Lift Kit Installation in Queen Creek, AZ
Ford F-150 Raptor Lift Kit Installation in Queen Creek, AZ
Queen Creek built its reputation on hard-working trucks and wide-open horse property, and the F-150 Raptor fits right in on roads like Ellsworth, Rittenhouse and Ocotillo. You already own one of the most capable factory desert trucks ever sold — so a Raptor rarely needs a "lift" at all. What it needs is the next step done correctly, and that's exactly what we handle at Underdog Motorsports, a straight shot up Power Road from Queen Creek.
From the ranches and newer builds south of the San Tan Mountains, you're only about 15–25 minutes from our Mesa shop near Power & Baseline. Bring us your Gen 2, Gen 3, or Raptor R and we'll help you get the tires, gearing and armor the truck deserves — without wrecking the long-travel suspension Ford engineered into it.

F-150 Raptor Builds for How Queen Creek Drives
The Raptor rolls off the line as a factory long-travel desert truck: a 5-link coil rear with a Panhard bar and FOX Live Valve dampers (3.1 internal-bypass on the Gen 3), tuned to soak up washboard and whoops at speed. The Raptor R stuffs the supercharged 5.2L V8 up front, adding real nose weight, and the 37 Performance Package comes wearing 37s from the factory. That's the key thing Queen Creek owners need to hear: this is not a leveling-kit or lift-kit truck. Slapping a generic lift on a Raptor fights the geometry Ford spent a fortune dialing in.
So we build around what the truck already does well. For the daily run into town on Ellsworth or the weekend blast out past the San Tan Mountains Regional Park and into the open desert, that usually means fitting the right tire (37s on the base trim, or up-sizing on a non-37PP truck), re-gearing so the V6 EcoBoost — or that hungry supercharged V8 — isn't straining under the taller rubber, and protecting the underside with real armor before a rock finds it. And when those FOX Live Valve shocks have a few desert seasons on them, we service, rebuild and re-valve them so the Raptor rides the way it did the day you bought it. Every job leaves with a proper alignment, and we never touch it with a spacer.
What We Install on Your Raptor
Suspension & FOX Service
We leave the factory long-travel geometry alone and keep it performing: FOX Live Valve rebuilds, re-valves and seal service, plus bump-stop and travel checks so your Raptor stays composed in the whoops.
Wheels & Tires
37s done right on 37PP trucks, or stepping a base Raptor up to 37s with the known clearance limits. We mount, balance and road-force check so there's no vibration on the US-60 or the 24.
Armor & Bumpers
Skid plates, rock sliders and front/rear bumpers sized for the Raptor's width — the protection that matters once you leave the pavement south of Queen Creek.
Lighting
Ditch lights, bumper-mount pods, light bars and chase lighting wired clean for early starts and late returns from the San Tans and the open desert.
Overland & Gearing
Re-gearing for 37s so the EcoBoost or Raptor R V8 pulls right, plus bed racks, storage and recovery gear for longer trips out of the East Valley.
Alignment
A precision alignment is included on every Raptor that comes through — essential after tire and gearing changes to protect that expensive factory rubber and keep it tracking straight.
Queen Creek F-150 Raptor FAQ
How far is your shop from Queen Creek?
About 15–25 minutes. Most Queen Creek owners come up Ellsworth or Power Road straight to our shop near Power & Baseline in Mesa — an easy drive even on a lifted, wide Raptor.
Does my Raptor even need a lift?
No. The Raptor is a factory long-travel truck with FOX Live Valve shocks and a coil rear — it already sits tall and flexes well. A conventional lift fights that engineering, which is why we focus on tires, gearing, armor and shock service instead.
Can you fit bigger tires than the factory 37s?
On a 37 Performance Package truck, 37s are the sweet spot and we keep them running right. On a non-37PP Raptor we can get you to 37s within the known clearance limits, with re-gearing so the truck still drives correctly.
My FOX Live Valve shocks feel tired — can you help?
Yes. We're an authorized FOX installer and service those remote-reservoir Live Valve dampers — rebuilds, re-valves and seal work — so your Raptor rides like new again instead of getting harsh after years in the Arizona desert.
Do you work on the Raptor R?
Absolutely. The supercharged 5.2L V8 adds nose weight, so we dial in gearing and tire choices with that in mind. It's still a tires-armor-lighting-service build, not a lift — just with more grunt to feed.
Is the alignment really included?
Every install at Underdog includes a full alignment — no upsell. After new tires or gearing on a truck this valuable, it's not optional, so we build it into the job.
