SHIPPING METHODS For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous states. Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a redelivery fee equal to your shipping charge. WARRANTY POLICY Underdog Motorsports guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer. RETURN POLICY Underdog Motorsports gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise. Note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee. When packaging your parts for shipping, write the RGA number on the outside packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
