ORDER WITH FREE SHIPPING
If your order of qualifying parts is identified with a message stating "Qualifies for Free Shipping..." is $75 or more, you may qualify for Free Shipping.
With Free Shipping, your order will be delivered by Standard Ground only (Expedited Shipping does not qualify)
Free Shipping is available to US. addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states
Parts without the "Qualifies for Free Shipping..." messages do not qualify for Free Shipping
*The following parts are excluded from Free Shipping unless otherwise stated:
All tires, full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body tubs, hard tops, cargo racks and drivetrain parts
Oversized items and items delivered by truck freight (Truck Freight Items Ship Free When You Pick Up In Store)

DELIVERY TIME
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed.*
Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.
Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.
"3-Day", "2-Day" and "Next Day" shipping methods indicates the transit time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.
Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.
*Orders placed from Canada are shipped within 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed.
PRICING
Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This most commonly occurs with orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, or to APO/FPO addresses.
In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.
SHIPPING METHODS
For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous states.
Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a redelivery fee equal to your shipping charge.
SHIPPING SPECIALS
On occasion, Underdog Motorsports may offer shipping promotions, such as free or discounted shipping. Whether immediately stated or not, these specials are only available within the contiguous 48 states and always exclude Hawaii, Alaska and any of the US territories outside the continental United States.
WARRANTY POLICY
Underdog Motorsports guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.
RETURN POLICY
Underdog Motorsports gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise.
Note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized.
Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:
Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees
After 30 days of invoice date: store credit only, less any restocking fees
After 90 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 90 days
Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.
Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items and closeouts.
Customer returns for parts received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.
RETURN PROCEDURE
For all returns, please call 480-269-2833. Provide a specific reason for your return and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
When packaging your parts for shipping, write the RGA number on the outside packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
We strongly recommend packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.
PRODUCT PRICING POLICY
While Underdog Motorsports and our affiliates do our best to ensure that the information viewed on our website is as accurate and error-free as possible, mistakes do occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions and all other content of this website to be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
Additionally, barring any pricing inaccuracies, items in your shopping cart should always reflect the most recent price, as is also displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first place it in your cart.
With respect to items sold by Underdogmotorsports.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog or on our website may be mispriced. In the event of a pricing inaccuracy, we will proceed at our discretion as follows:
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will take one of the following actions:
Your order will be held and we will attempt to contact you for further instruction regarding you order
Your order will be cancelled and we will notify you of the cancellation immediately
Also note that purchases from third-party sellers using Underdogmotorsports.com payments are charged at the time you place your order and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
