Monoforged 2.0 is here - Die Forged manufacturing brings affordability.
Elite Forged Strength. Unbeatable Price.
True Forged Performance, Now for Everyone. We set the standard for affordable, high-quality monoblock forged wheels. Now, with Monoforged 2.0, we’re raising the bar again-delivering the most advanced, efficient, and accessible forged wheels ever made.
The Technology: Forged for the Future
Closed Die Forging: The OEM Secret, Now in Your Wheels
How It Works:
Unlike cast wheels, which pour molten aluminum into a mold, Monoforged 2.0 wheels begin as a solid billet of aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum. Through a combination of intense pressure and controlled heat, we reshape the grain structure — not just the form — of the metal.
-
Start with a billet of aerospace-grade 6061 aluminum
-
Shape the wheel under thousands of tons of pressure in a closed die
-
Flow-form the barrel for optimal strength and weight
-
Minimal CNC finishing-less waste, more efficiency
Result:
A true forged wheel at a price that rivals cast.
A fine-grain, multi-directional structure that maximizes strength where it matters most — across the entire wheel, especially in high-stress zones.

What Makes Forging Superior:
-
No Porosity: Because the aluminum is never liquified, we eliminate voids and weak points common in casting.
-
Directional Grain Flow: Spin-forging the barrel creates a radial grain alignment, increasing impact resistance and load capacity.
-
One-Piece Integrity: With no welds, seams, or joints, structural reliability is dramatically improved — just like aerospace components.
-
Optimized Weight-to-Strength Ratio: Material is precisely removed where it’s not needed and reinforced where it is.
6061 Forged vs. A356 Cast: The Real Difference
-
6061-T6 Forged Aluminum
-
No porosity, consistent strength
-
Superior elongation, fatigue, tension, and yield strength
-
Handles stress and impact without cracking
-
A356 Cast Aluminum
-
Prone to porosity and oxide inclusions
-
Lower strength, less fatigue resistance
-
Higher risk of cracking under stress
